Must be one of those closely guarded secrets because I've live in Winchester (a few miles away) for years and never heard of this place, but it's great! Very good food, wonderful location with a classic beer garden, good beer and very polite and friendly service. Our food came in 20 minutes or so, piping hot on a warm plate. Wonderful burger and great fish and chips. Recommended.
Perfect venue with an amazing view of the lake. We went for the meal deal, which was great value. We all liked our starters, the view on the main was mixed. But a lovely meal nonetheless.
Excellent meal in warm and cosy surroundings, good value for money and attentive, not pushy staff. I would definitely recommend this establishment to all.
