I could not recommend The Glass Smith enough, they were not only very responsive with my query, but also extremely professional. The thing I loved the most was the fact that I ordered three too many mirrors as I wanted to cover 3 walls on my new \at home gym\ and the fitter told us it wouldn't look nice so he recommended to get less mirrors, which meant less money for them, but my Gym looks unbelievable with his recommendation!

Fantastic service, staff, pricing and quality. Only too happy to help with any requirement and needs fully met across the board very rapidly and at an extremely reasonable price. They provided a mirror to absolutely millimetre precision. If you need quality glass or mirrors, for any reason, start here.

Overall this company has good reviews so I'll assume this was a one off but I wanted to share my feedback regardless. I needed to get a pane of glass replaced on a first floor sash window and the process started off ok with someone coming round to assess the work within 24 hours. From this point the experience went down hill. Two people stood in my back garden, looked at the window and told me it would cost 500-600 to replace due the access as they could only take the window out from the outside. I offered them them chance to go inside the property to look but they declined. They told me someone would be in touch to confirm the pricing. After waiting a week I followed up and was told that the cost would be 120VAT, very different to the quote given to me. I confirmed I would like to go ahead and 2 weeks passed with no contact. I chased again and was told that someone should have been in touch but not to worry as they would get to the bottom of it and call me back. A week passed and I've just had a call to confirm the fitting. I had the window fixed by an alternative company last week who did it within 2 hours and on-site. I tried to share my feedback over the phone but the person I spoke to hung up on me. Overall a poor experience, would not recommend.

Used them for kitchen splashback and bathroom mirror. Good quality materials, professional and clean install at a competitive price.
