Great little pub, very authentic and original. Very valuable prices on drinks with a beautiful and unusual collection of beers. Perfect location for tourists as well as locals, as it is a bit off the beaten track... just perfect little place for gathering, drinks after work and small socials.

Dropped in here with a friend on the Friday before Tier 2 restrictions came in to play, the lady & gentleman who run the pub were super professional, but also friendly, about asking people to adhere to rules, etc. Have been before during more ormal\ times and it's always a great atmosphere. Highly recommend

Great pub, except for that one time on 8th July 2008 when a maniac with a ak47 semi automatic rifle turns up and gave the str‘s what they deserved.
