I was advised by a staff member at Boots to visit Nav at The Glasshouse opposite as I had had white paint drip into my eye two weeks previously but hadn't really had any issues till my daughter said that I had a white spec on my eyeball ! He saw me within an hour saying that the spec had embedded itself and that it could mean a trip to A&E to have it removed with a needle!! the other option was for him to numb the eye and attempt to remove it with a cotton wool bud - no brainer really!! Gave him the go ahead and within minutes he had successfully removed the spec and I didn't feel a thing! Truly brilliant - and i would not hesitate to recommend Nav and The Glasshouse as his service and attention was impeccable. Many thanks Nav - will be back to have that eye test soon.

Service could not of been any better, travelled over an hour and a half to get my daughter fitted for the nano vista glasses, and was well worth the journey!!!

Absolutely, fantastic service from all of the team at the glasshouse. Really friendly, helpful and professional. My little girl was put at ease during her first ever eye test & was made to feel extra special when she 'passed'. I was already recommended by a family member- but I will 100% be recommending friends & anybody else! Thankyou, very much!
