Really impressed. Purchased some Glass for a Vivarium. Very quickly cut to size and did an amazing job of smoothing the edges so my animals wont get cut. Very professional service. Thank You.

Never been to the Glass Factory. However, I will have no hesitation going back. Customer service was brilliant and so professional. I only went into get a glass cut but I was so impressed, I have asked them to quote me for new windows, a replacement window. They also do splash backs! It's a hidden gem.

Very poor customer service. I called them about my front door and they came to take measurements but the door never came, it has been 3 months. Even though I called them for updates and information. I don't recommend this company. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

The Glass Factory did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. Quick, easy and at a good price. We love our new sliding door and bedroom windows and will definitely be in touch in the new year for more work we would like doing. Thoroughly recommended!
