Went there on Saturday! It was straight garbage! Hands down worst restaurant in the area! No valet for one! Rude staff! Be sides the bust guy. He was very polite! Chairs are uncomfortable, filet was just blah no flavor. Wine is gross smells and taste like box wine. Over priced simple! And over rated! In this area you think they would step up their service! Tried to make conversation with the hostess and basically she turned her back. The lady that walked us to our table was just rude. The Waiter was a happy rude person. This place is on a Denny’s level! Apple bees has better service!

My first visit here and certainly not my last! We were thankful for the ample parking and validation of our parking ticket. We walked in and immediately could see the really cool vibe of the place. There’s a really cool patio with soft lighting and heaters. We ordered the Noble Bread Plate which was wonderful comfort food for us. I had The Original Chopped Salad which came with smoked salmon but since I’m not a fan of smoked food, they were kind to simply grill it at my request. I ate every bite! The service was excellent and adhered to masks to keep us all safe. Excellent experience!
This place is such a delight, great food, great service. Great drinks, my wife and I had the Manhattan with tobacco smoke.. OMG. Amazing. The crab cakes as an appetizer will cause us to have cravings for them from now on. I had the scallops and my wife had the salmon, everything was so hot we could barely eat it and was prepared perfectly. Tim, our server, had an excellent suggestion for a cab that was spot on. We finished with the chocolate pudding.. as always the Gladly knocked it out if the park! I want to say it's the best kept secret in the Biltmore/Arcadia area but the place was packed even with social distancing. What an amazing place, we love our Gladly.

Always the best. Tim is the best waiter (Zachary is a close second)! Their food's always amazing, literally mouth watering. It's the only restaurant I've ever ordered a dish at...and actually crave it!
