Superb lunch, one of the best ever, and in spite of Covid conditions. The tasting menu was delicious, imaginative and visually splendid. Staff really helpful and friendly as always and working hard to provide a safe environment. A rare treat at the end of a grim year!

They were as good as any Michelin starred restaurant I've eaten in and for a fraction of the price. The wine pairings were all spot on, great with the food and gorgeous in their own right.

Wow. What a meal. Had the tasting menu (65) wine pairing (35) and well worth it. Each dish was truly exceptional, and substantial portions. If they have souffle on the menu, don't hesitate - they do a flawless souffle. Service also excellent. If you like dry Rose, the bottle pictured was excellent.

The restaurant itself is small and unassuming from the outside but as soon as you step in, you know you are going to have a great meal. The place was packed to the rafters, but socially distanced at the same time. They kindly held our table for us even though we were running pretty late. This excellent service continued throughout the evening.

One of the best meals I’ve eaten in Brighton in a long time. Brilliant food and fantastic service. Thank you for a lovely Birthday meal. We had such an amazing evening. Staff, service and food incredible. This has been on my radar for a while, and did not disappoint. For the quality of food, it’s a bargain.
