Best pub I've been to in a long time, cosy fires, amazing food (turkey roast dinner was absolutely beautiful and swimming in the best gravy I've tasted) friendly welcoming staff, lots of car parking spaces and wheelchair accessible. Big tables to suit everyone from couples to big families and room for highchairs. Can't wait to show our friends this place

Super cute country village pub. We had a Saturday evening family dinner and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was the true highlight. I had the lamb special which was possibly a top 5 all-time pub meal. The other meals and dessert were all excellent. Well done.
The George was my stomping ground as a teenager, Jed was the owners son, my cousin was at school with him. Really good times. Have gone at different times over the years, now it has evolved into yet another great place to be. The food was just brilliant, Sunday lunch, and the staff are great. Cannot think of a better pub to be honest.
A lovely dog and family friendly village pub with good food and attentive staff. I had an unexpected phone call just as the food came, an hour later when I got off the call, they very kindly made me a new burger.
Fantastic Sunday roast, good service, and lovely location with an even lovelier back garden. Perfect for a nice meal and a pint on a sunny day. Dog friendly. Could do better with clearing the tables, as we had to clean our own, but the meal was so wonderful we forgot all about it
