Ate here last Friday and had a lovely meal. Very busy, but we had time to down an aperitif. The Sea Bass was cooked to perfection. Good luck to Harriet and all her staff with this new venture.

Beautiful, welcoming pub with delicious food and a fantastic selection of drinks. A pleasure every time we visit, the staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks they serve! Lovely collection of gins that you don't normally see in pubs which is refreshing! The gatekeeper burger is a must-have, followed by any one of their amazing desserts! Would always recommend :) Edit: Revisit again on the 22/12/2019, food was spectacular and the pub was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Had the Gatekeeper burger (again) because it was so good! Dessert was a white chocolate and gingerbread cheesecake that was absolutely delightful. Staff were attentive and friendly. Again, would recommend 100%.

Had a great evening, everything was perfect, staff, beer and food and very well organised from COVID 19 perspective. Steak was excellent (very picky teenager). Duck and seabass excellent also. Car park full, a great sign, highly recommend !!
