Really nice little pub. Has been around for many years. The food was good and the staff were friendly. There is a nice little beer garden for kids to play in. Also a decent car park so your car is safe while you are getting smashed out your skull. While the garden is nice, there was a little present from a dog. I do love how dogs and it is great they are let in, but the owners should probably pick up their parcels.

Exceptional good food, really well seasoned and cooked, fantastic well above the good standard most pubs set. Lovely helpful staff. Good prices, and if the sun's shinning you can sit outside in the beer garden. What a secret gem this place is !!!
Nice pub, located on the country side, right next to the road, with car park situated on the both corners, always busy. The owner is a very friendly person and this place is pets friendly, u can sit on the garden with your puppy. Food is really tasty and they have always been up to highest quality, service got 5* from my experience, prices are affordable for everyone.
The Gate Inn is a really nice country pub, the food is excellent home cooked food and brilliant value. They have a good selection of ales on tap.
Loved the food and such a lovely pub. Hope to be back soon.
