Fantastic traditional pub in lovely village. Jane the landlady is very friendly and welcoming but also ensures everyone adheres to social distancing/Covid measures. The food is homemade and amazing, I've had several meals here and everyone a treat! There's always one or two hand pulled beers on as well as all the usual you expect in a pub. The pub has done an excellent job of keeping customers safe under difficult circumstances and I feel safe coming for a drink and for meals. Well done Jane!! I will be in for the yummy curry night on Friday.

Really lovely place to have a drink or food or both lovely atmosphere lovely friendly staff and , most welcoming to all the people from the holiday parks ,campsites and walkers ,even from the locals , Jane and her husband have really tried hard to keep this pub going through a Very difficult year well done to all hopefully we will see this gorgeous village pub thrive and thrive for many years x
Had a lovely Sunday lunch here whilst staying in a local holiday let. Delicious food, great price, lovely people running it. And (as it’s 2020) good covid safety.
Great Curry night. Loads of chicken and perfectly cooked rice plus nan bread and onion Bhakti. Quick service and very attentive hosts. ‘Roll on’ next special night.
