Great staff, homemade food (chips) to die for. It's what you want when you go out and dont have to cook. The wine is lovely and 13.00 bottle it's nice to feel good value for money when you walk out. Will return in a heartbeat !

We booked our table for 7pm and didn’t get our food until 8:30pm I understand that they are busy Due to eat out to help out and we only booked that same Day and they said they could get us in but I would have just preferred for them to turn us away for us not to waste our time as our food was cold when it got to us so I sent it back and they re heated it and sent it back out it still didn’t taste right so we ate what we could as we were starving and Just left the rest and paid for the bill then left. I have been for food here before lockdown and it was lovely just disappointed with this visit..
Had a carvery today. Excellent. A real treat to have a meal cooked. We would like to congratulate all the staff for their excellent organisation and efficient service. We felt very safe .x
Just had Sunday dinner carvery and loved it. Table for 4 adults, 4 clean plates at the end says it all. A choice of ham, pork turkey and beef on the meats served with Yorkshire puds and roast taties by the chef then help yourself to a selection of traditional accompanying veggies. Choices of gravies and sauces to top it off. It's set me up nice for a quiet hour on the sofa. Would definitely recommend.
