The Feltham office of The Frost Partnership recently sold my late mother's house. I live quite a distance from the property and I was very pleased how everything was managed in my absence. Despite my first buyers having to pull out due to mortgage issues, my property was sold again within days of going back on the market, and for the full asking price. Communication was very easy, and my calls were always returned. I cannot fault anything about the service I received.

Sebastian took over managing my property with the existing tenants from a very incompetent estate agent. He went through the whole process with me and made it a smooth transition with his knowledge and experience. We recently had to get new tenants in and again Sebastian took care of the redecorating/works to the property at minimal cost, stress to myself and was always available 24/7. A big thank you to Robert who found appropriate tenants and took care of the referencing aspect. I would highly recommend the services of the lettings team at Frost Partnership to all landlords.
The Frost Partnership has been nothing but professional and extremely efficient throughout the whole process of selling my Mum’s house. Jamie Berryman has been our main contact and his friendliness and professionalism has been outstanding. In fact every person at The Frost Partnership has been the same. The sale and purchase of a new home for my Mum has, unfortunately, not been plain sailing, but Jamie’s endless patience and optimism has kept us going. Even though at times we could easily have given up.
