Wanted a piece of fish but unfortunately it didn’t come to 5 in value.They would not take contactless card transfer saying it had to be 5 minimum.During this COVID outbreak the government have advocated the use of contactless payment and avoid cash as I did not have cash needless to say I did not get any fish .So in summing up I will not be calling in to this shop again and their shortsightedness has lost them future business. I also reported this to their Bathgate shop and at present have not had a reply
I can't get to the Grangemouth shop for now due to age and the lockdown, but as the fish is so fresh I usually go every couple of weeks, buy a batch and freeze some so still have a few things left. The quality of the fresh fish is excellent and the smoked anchovy fillets are addictive. A big thanks for having this service in the Falkirk area.
Get fish here every week. Shop is bright and clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anybody that wants fish to go here, as the seafood is first class and fresh.
