Turned up with puncture that I couldn't fix myself because spare inner tube was perished (long time since last puncture on that bike!) Young son unimpressed with my lack of preparation. Shop was closed due to covid reduced opening hours. No matter! Owner emerged and couldn't do enough to help. New inner tubes bought, track pump borrowed and hand wipes gratefully accepted. Young son suddenly much happier! Great service, will definitely go again .

Nice dude and does a good job. More on the expensive side and always busy but you're guaranteed a good service.
Top lads, Step-son wanted a new bike, so went there so he could see the advice I was giving was true and to confirm what I knew, he blagged their heads (and mine), they are always happy to help, knowledgeable and plenty of advice to be had, its nice to have a shop you can pop into and not feel pressured so they can meet targets etc. Even had a free check over and service after a couple of months (was late taking the Marin SQ back by a few weeks) can't recommend them enough.
I cannot thank Alex and chris for the service they have given me, i've bought 4-5 bikes from these guys and it has always been a pleasure. During these sad times i wanted a new bike and as we all know bikes are scarse at the mo Alex had nothing in my size so suggested a build and low and behold i'm now the proud owner of an Orange p7 built buy these guys. They built it and got it to a great spec going off what i'd purchased in the past, i collected my bike today and to say the least it is fantastic if you need a great friendly personnal service give these guys a shout. YOU REALLY WILL NOT GO WRONG. ONCE AGAIN GUYS THANK YOU.
Top lads! Great service and full of great advice on how to maintain my machine. Happy to support my local bike shop.
