Super tasty food and quick service. Stopped here on our way to Telford. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Made sure everything was to our liking. The presentation of the food was better than anticipated, large portions and plenty to choose from. We enjoyed the mushroom and stilton pepperpot to start with, followed by the chicken tikka masala and beef lasagne. There was no way we could fit in a pudding but they looked impressive too. We would love to come back when we are next in the area. Perfect for families as there is a kids menu and normally the play area would be open (government restrictions mean it's currently out of use) Photos below of our meal.

Great evening at the fox! All the team were great. Pleasant and efficient under current circumstances. All worked hard to maintain the distancing but still provide great service. And the food was spot on! Hot and prompt. Will definitely be back soon! Well done everyone!

Went there for Sunday lunch the food was really nice. All the vegetables were fresh and cooked just right so there was still some bite. I haven't tasted carrots like that for a long time. Staff were friendly, seating outside on a lovely day, dog friendĺy if you are seated outside. Choice of menu. Will definitely go again.

Always enjoy going there. The staff are very friendly and care about their customers. The menu is typical, serving chips with everything, but it is nicely cooked and well presented. Much nicer than your average, \Pub Grub\. It's situated on a busy country road, but just far enough out of town to make you feel like you're away from it all. You do need to book a table there.

Lovely pub set in the country, independently owned with both traditional and unique meals on offer. I had the potato skins for starter and lamb shank for main. Food was beautifully cooked, the lamb just fell off the bone. The food came out quickly even though they were really busy. Staff were extremely accommodating in making changes to our meals such as mash instead of fries. They were really friendly and professional. Had a wonderful meal here and will definitely be returning!
