Delicious food. Good choice on both food and wine menu. Just the right amount of service too.... Friendly, Not too keen but not lazy either. And was nice to see a reasonably priced bill at the end!

Ordered fish cakes and beef stew good sized meals and very tasty. Lovely staff Only downside dogs wandering around the tables and trying to get your food! Otherwise 4 *

Fitted 5 of us in on the spot. We all had Sunday roast which arrived quickly and was very good. Beef was just pink and the chicken was moist and very tasty. The ale was spot on too. The boss and staff were very friendly and efficient. Going back in a couple of weeks for another Sunday lunch.
Great food. Excellent service. Well worth a visit. Very comfortable during current restrictions on social distancing etc.
