A super welcome, exceptionally clean pub and very accommodating chef and waiting staff. Really lovely food. Cannot praise it enough. A lovely area and there are b&b's in the village so will be back for a longer time.

Really EXCELLENT wines and a decent variation on their menu. Something for everyone. Meat. Fish. Vegetarian. Not fine dining, but good honest pub grub decently presented and very well served!

Top quality Sunday roast, can't recommend it enough. Serving staff were fantastic also. Very covid safe as well.

Second visit....does it get any better? Beautiful food, decent wine. Thoroughly enjoyed our roast. Sat next to the fire that got a little bit too hot, maybe a bit premature but it was lovely to see. Super friendly service. Thanks Penny
