I bought a beautiful outfit with matching shoes for my nephew's wedding. The owner was very helpful & courteous. There was a huge selection & nothing was too much trouble. I will most definitely be back! I can't wait to attend the wedding now! Thanks

As I returning customer, I visited the shop three weeks ago, looking for jewellery and hat hire. I was served by the owner, who could not have been more helpful, but after discussion we decided for me to return with my outfit for colour matching. This I did along with two friends on Sat 21st May, the service this time was a total turn around -the assistant was so unhelpful and rude, even another customer made a commit to us. I emailed on the Sunday to express my complaint and have still not heard anything. I for one will not return - my business has now gone elsewhere. Civility costs nothing.
