Superb service, great food, highly recommended. I am staying at Finlake, they will deliver for only 4 which is a bargain imo as the cheapest meal we've had this week and one of the best. Great fish and chips, great pie, decent portions, choice of curry sauce (mild or hot), I even tried my first battered Mars bar tonight (never fancied it but after their recommendation I tried it) and loved it

I have visited many times over last few months .It has been a difficult time during covid. and do what we can to comply with regulations .so very disappointed to see the girl serving mopping the floor then touching the bin and then proceeded to serve our food .my partner noticed this and being vulnerable himself is very hygiene conscious .so asked if she could wash her hands before serving our food .she sarcadtly used the sanitizer and said is that good enough for you. this is not good enough for a food place and the staff to behave .hygiene is top priority considering the pandemic at the moment .and should always be top .and treating my partner like his request was rude .we will never go back .such a shame the staff have not been correctly trained in hygiene or customer care .

In my opinion, one of the best and original fish and chip shops around. Good value for money and equally delicious, the staff are all very polite and hard working people.... Pays dividends.
