Went to Fountain for lunch today. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was well presented and hot. There was a varied menu and the set menu was good value for money. Despite the recent pub shutdown, the pub was warm welcoming and well decorated for Christmas. Would definitely go there again.

Visted today for lunch. We booked a table as thought it might be busy with the eat out to help out scheme. It was truly excellent. Fantastic Service from all the staff especially Abby who was welcoming and efficient and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, great choices on the menu and so much to choose from. All proceedures in place, hand sanitiser available everywhere and one way systems in place. They fully sanitise everything between each booking including the chairs. I felt so comfortable and I was very impressed. We will be back and be recommending you to everyone. Thank you so much for a great lunch
I’ve visited The Fountain throughout the Summer & now into the Autumn for drinks & snacks, breakfast and lunch. Each time I’ve been very impressed with the warm welcome and the professional level of service, under the watchful eye of Assistant Manager Abi, who’s Great. Social distancing has been taken very seriously and observed by all. The quality of food and drinks is exceptional making for a wonderful experience.
Really nice food and service. Reasonably priced. Will definitely go back!
