Nice drink menu - from the alcohol free Rose Bud to a smooth and strong Old Fashioned. As for the food, there's bacon, cheese or cream on everything but the olives and crudite, so we decided to just enjoy drinks and olives before the movie. I appreciated the fact that the server didn't seem to mind at all. Overall, great place to meet for pre-movie drinks, but I'd likely not come here otherwise, especially if I've got an appetite.
Yummy cocktails, awesome ambiance, and great staff make for a perfect after work/weekend spot to grab a drink. The bartender was so sweet when I was having trouble deciding which cocktail to get - she asked me what flavors I was wanting and then just made up a drink with those kinds of flavors. It was amazingly tasty! Will definitely be back!
I can't say enough about this place....so LA, so cute, so good. Drinks aren't cheap but so what, they're healthy and Angelenos can spare extra cash on health and booze. The atmosphere is chic arts dirstict-ish. We especially like their mescal drinks because we're LA that way.
We love the atmosphere here, and the drinks are always creative. We particularly liked their Chapter & Verse special. The spiciness was perfect. Friendly bartenders too! Definitely recommend for date night or an outing with a small group of friends.
