I was recommended to visit the Foot Store from my Triathlon coach to treat my knee injury. I had started running about 9 months ago and had overdone the training. Douglas checked my running style with a gait analysis and then fixed my knee with some laser therapy. Back to 90% after two weeks of treatment and then recovered 100% after another two weeks. Great service from an expert who really know his stuff. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the services from the Foot Store Falkirk, I have been plagued with shin splints on and off over the years and always managed to get rid of them by resting and ice, however on this occasion I have not been as lucky. After having horrendous shin splints and resting them for over 3 months, I was still in the same pain and discomfort. I tried everything during the 3 months rest, Sports massage, Ice, Calf supports, Pain killers, Anti-inflammatories, Nothing was shifting them. I found out about a laser treatment that is really affective from The Foot Store in Falkirk. I booked myself an appointment with Douglas, after a brief discussion to explain my problem Douglas informed me that I had a stress fracture on my shin, He carried out a completely pain free laser treatment on the affected area. I honestly can't believe how affective the treatment has been. I have had 2 of 20 min sessions and the pain has completely gone !!!. Douglas is very knowledgeable and informative. My only regret is that I didn't find out sooner. I will be telling all my running friends. Thanks Douglas

After couple a marathons&3 ultra marathons this year ended up suffering constant pain in left heel with plantar fascitiitis for 4weeks, so attended the foot store where with a further 4weeks of laser treatment and stretching sessions advised and treated by Douglas ,I am now back running ,I advise anybody suffering with PF this is the place to go.
