It is a very spacious shop, which is rather important in Covid times. Shop is nicely fitted and well stocked. Conveniently located, easily accessible, good parking.
Home delivery is awful I've ordered online 18th of dec for today 24th Dec. One hour before my time slot staff phoned us and told us if we can collect the item in store since it's grid lock. I asked if they can deliver for another day or another time , they said no. If it is grid lock there then we cant go there as we will be stuck in the traffic as well. They have Iceland in Deal I told them if they can prepare the order in Deal then we are happy to collect but they cannot divert it there. What is the point of ordering online if the customer service asked me to just do my shop in store. I'm self isolating. Now we so not have food for Christmas, thank you Iceland for ruining our Christmas. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN Order no.217600359
