The Food Warehouse by Iceland

I was enjoying a movie with my family to find out that the tub of popcorn that I had purchased on Monday whilst doing my Christmas shopping and spending over 700 in the store was split and the split had been covered up with cellotape. This is not the first time this store has done things like this, as the Maxilin toffee containers are regularly damaged and still.put on the shelves for me to be told that they come like that from the supplier/manufacturer. Better stock and quality control is needed here,as when you walk around the store,you can see the way in which several products have been left in a damaged and poor condition. Whether this is the apathy of the staff rushing whilst under pressure, I do not know,but it is still there non the less for all to see.

Great value of money. Huge numbers of items in the store and staff is very friendly with the customer. Lots of parking available all the time. They do same like ice lane but more things are like where house. I always find best deals in this store. Thanks for reading this all the best

Large store with the frozen foods you love and expect from Iceland but with a much wider selection and a substantial non frozen section. Easy parking access and long opening hours.

Excellent range of good quality food. Cannot fault staff (particularly Des who has gone out of his way on more than one occasion to help me find products). Good Covid precautions. Well done
