Very large food shop, selling mainly frozen food. Good deals to be had, but it can be very easy to get carried away, so be careful! Staff friendly and helpful, store itself well laid out and clean. Would recommend for the monthly family shop.

Having visited the Scunthorpe branch today I was horrified to be attacked by a member of staff who approached me to question why I was not wearing a mask. I offered that I am exempt. She then went on to loudly question the reason for my exemption ( she was not even located on the same shopping aisle but was yelling to me over the freezers) I explained to her that she was out of order demanding I reveal my medical condition for all and sundry to witness. She then proceeded to take exception, storm of like a sulking teenager while loudly making accusations about my character. The attack was so verbally vicious that other customers came to ask me if I was ok. After this experience I will never use your store again and I will be making my friends and family aware of the reception they could encounter from the staff at this company.
I have never seen this store in such a state before, empty cardboard just dumped on the floor, on top of freezers and on the shelves. My monthly shop was 80 less as l could not acess the items l wanted. Topped up my shopping in farmfoods.
