This is fresh take on Mexican and it’s great. They have a covered patio that felt Covid safe and the night we were there a heavy rain storm moved through and patio was fine through it all. I have been for lunch and dinner both were excellent. They have parking across the street so it’s easy to get in and settled.

I had two tacos and tried my friends burrito - both options were amazing, I'd say the burrito was more filling though. I'd also recommend the queso and the corn dip for appetizers. The corn dip surprised us and was definitely our favorite part of dinner - that is besides the margaritas which were perfectly strong sweet and tangy at the same time!
Very underwhelmed based on some of these reviews. First you must know there is no dining inside. They do have heaters in a tented area but it does not get warm enough, bring a jacket. Terrible service by our server Trevor. Never brought our appetizer, never refilled our drinks, didn't bring our sauces we requested until we were pretty much done eating, and seemed to like being inside in the warmth then attending to his tables. I always thought it is impossible to mess up tacos but this place sure did give it the old college try. All the food was cold and you'd think bringing the food out to a cold outdoors they'd make sure it came out at least warm but to no avail. Pastor tends to be our go to favorites when we go to taco places but these were nothing to rave about, cold dry as a bone pulled pork nastiness. The cold isn't really a big issue, and you can get through bad service, but food should at least be halfway decent. Just all around bad and don't recommend.
For now, The Fold has a large tent with heaters connected to the building. The tent openings provide some ventilation for COVID, but the heaters keep the temperature comfortable. It was 50 outside, but quite comfortable inside. Hopefully this information will be of only temporary use. Btw, the food is really good, too.
Had the 3 taco plate (shrimp, pork and bison), which came with diverse toppings. But the mini crab tacos were ridiculously good!!! Crab meat was so fresh and tasty, including the little salad that comes with it! Can really tell they care about quality here. Easily the best tacos I've had in Little Rock!! For dessert had the tres leches cake - can't remember the last time I had a cake even comparable in taste and texture. Easily five stars.
