THE BEST HOT DOG IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE? I have little words to describe the shock and BEAUTY of this establishment, the service 10/10, the price point 10/10, the food TEN OUT OF TEN. When I was told by a fellow friend that The Flying Saucer had the best hot dog ever, I had to say I was shocked, but then I was told that it was also VEGAN! I was sceptical, but alas, I ventured to the open market to buy myself this wonder. As I arrived I was nervous, but excited. I eagerly awaited for my hot dog and when it arrived, let me tell you, I was not disappointed. 10 INCHES of pure joy, crispy beautiful onions, perfect sauce to hot dog ratio, and the dog it self was BEAUTIFUL. Will be going every single week to get one of these babies. 10/10 recommend, TREAT YOURSELF!

Wonderful place. \Homemade Organic Vegan Vegetarian\ menu. Terrific loose tea, coffee and delicious cakes. On the ground floor, you can't miss it. Very friendly. Easy access.

The food was mostly nice but the cheese wasn't melted on the burger which was a bit off putting.

The Flying Saucer is a much loved coffee shop that sells nice healthy food. The members of Staff are alway happy to see you even if it is first thing in the morning. It is nice to experience the atmosphere of this old Brighton Market. They are currently fitting out the shop inside to accommodate for those who find the open market a bit chilly this time of year. But I would recommend it in the summer time just as much as the back garden is a delightful settings of plants and peace and space to relax.

Delicious pulled pork sandwiches in a cute spot. Good music too!
