I ordered the 'splendid' bouquet for a friend's birthday 1st February 2021 The picture (attached) of the bouquet cost me 30. I have also attached a photo of what I believed I had ordered. I contacted the florist and although polite would not acknowledge that the bouquet delivered had missing flowers and substitute of two chrysanthemums instead of four roses (as advertised) was unacceptable. Customer satisfaction appears low on their list of priorities. It has made me wary of ordering online again. I do not write negative reviews but to have no goodwill gesture for a false advertisement is not great. I understand flower substitutions can be made but you can see from the pictures this was not the case.

Brilliant service and the recipient thought the flowers fantastic. All the components were fresh and the arrangement very impressive, but only as expected after similar past experience. A painless experience if ordered on-line and friendly helpful service at the shop. An asset to Garstang.

Ordered a bouquet at 8.30pm, was delivered next morning. Lovely arrangement of brightly coloured flowers perfect to keep me in my wife's good books (not done anything wrong, no harm in gaining brownie points)
I ordered a medium sized floral basket on line to be delivered to friends who are going through a rough time. They were absolutely delighted and the photo they sent me showed that the flowers were beautiful, fresh and arranged with obvious care and attention. Would definitely recommend and i will have no hesitation in ordering from this florist again.
