I am absolutely delighted with the flowers I ordered for Christmas. I have never seen such big Chrysanthemum blooms! So disappointed with the service. I had a small budget 15 pounds for a leaving gift, She showed me a very small bunch of flowers and told me about how COVID had put the prices of everything up,. She told me that 15 pounds was not possible and to go to Budgens, I went to the market and bought some flowers, asked her to put them in with the offer she had for 15 pounds. She put four carnations in with my flowers and charged me 12 pounds. Said she didn't want to put her name to them but hey, I have put her name to them. everyone at my work now would not go to that shop. Sometimes a small good customer service gesture goes a long way,
