All round excellent service. We had looked for a wooden floor for months online, sent for samples and nothing appealed, all looked fake, within half an hour of walking into The Floor Store, we had chosen our floor, paid a deposit ! Chris is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he guided us through various choices and that made the shopping experience easier. We also used floor fitters he recommended and they did a fabulous job and they were both a joy to have in our home during the job (taking floor tiles up, skimming the floor and laying the wood). From beginning to end the experience was a good one and I can highly recommend the store and service provided.
Visited today thinking about having a change in floor covering. Wasn't disappointed as they have a great variety. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Let me take a sample home to try. Have booked my new floor for January next year. Cant wait Pay a visit,you wont be disappointed January 2021 Had our new floor done, entrance by front door lounge/diner hall and kitchen. Looks stunning. Fitter arrived early on the Monday and was done by lunch time Wednesday. Lovely guy. Chris at the floor store very very informative. What he doesn't know about wood isnt worth knowing. My friend and I were shopping for new flooring ,we were helped by a lovely young man he never rushed us even though he was very busy and I overpaid him and he was very honest and told me and gave me the money back most impressed with him. We shopped around a few stores and this place had the best choice for the best price well chuffed.
We purchased our engineered wooden flooring from here in 2017 and it's been fantastic. Great customer service and very knowledgeable thank you!
