I had a great session at the lab, trying out hoop for the first time which was just amazing! I would definitely recommend a lesson as they are super helpful, the studio is well maintained and good at social distancing. I am definitely going to look into coming again. Thank you!!

Our happy place has now reopened. It’s Covid secure, following all the guidelines. I am so happy to be back at the studio getting back into my pole classes.

The flightlab offers such amazing classes and it will always be my happy place. Definitely try intro to pole or hoop you won't regret it !
No no no Just send them lots of suggestions for classes. Then messaged: I'm bored, block me as it was a joke! As I send LOTS of suggestions for new online classes I wanted to take part with my polers friends, I meant it as: I send lots cause I'm bored (to be home like the rest of the world), block me (as if I'm sending too much over and might bother you) She send me a message telling me that I'm rude and I don't need to follow her and all the drama She says she has hundreds of messages from people (and take this on me? Come on) Seriously....all we need today is a little more drama and less understanding Oh...no problem for all the suggestions Not for us, polers looking for fun and move away from the drama.
