Just had sunday lunch, Covid protacol beeing followed, freindly staff excellent Roast Pork with all the trimmings, good sized portions very good all round will go there againe.
Good beer and friendly efficient staff. However, fortunately I sat outside as covid protocols not being met. For example, four large and loud blokes sat at the bar in close proximity to the entrance and those waiting to be served, as well as aerosoling the poor staff behind the bar (not in masks).
Not too bad apart from some bent Geordie guy in their causing all sorts of shenanigans
Really nice proper pub, dark and gloomy but a lively atmosphere
