Love this place more and more each day. Absolutely nailed the return to training after restrictions were lifted. Still tough, still focused, still fun and of course still totally personal. He perfect balance.

This gym is my past, present and future lifeline. Even before COVID this gym helped me through difficult times in my life by simply being the stable thing, the reliable thing, a safe place to escape life and work out with the excellent expertise of their trainers to help me along my journey of reaching my goals. COVID has challenged all small businesses but TFS have tried to ensure their clients feel safe and they got us back training as soon as they could by creating an outdoor gym which can still be a strategy moving forward should it be required again. They are adaptable, care about their clients and have had a spot check and were classed as COVID-Secure. This gym is doing everything it can to keep us as safe as possible while allowing us to continue to keep fit and use their facilities and benefit from their excellent personal training. Thank you guys!!!
Been back indoors today. Felt completely safe with all their hard work to make it compliant. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
