Stopped by for a few drinks to have a quiet little wake after an old friends funeral.. The place was spotlessly clean, well segregated, and a lovely warm open fire.. Pint of Guinness was top notch (and at a fair price too).. Bar staff were nothing but pleasant and well turned out.. And just to add, the toilet facilities were cleaner than ours at home with plenty of soap and hot water.. And a big bottle of sanitiser after you'd opened the toilet door back into the corridor... Not much more could be done really in these trying times... Well done :-)

Great service. Nice spacious place.
Overpriced very low quality food and when we was there lots of flies were in the restaurant. Nice surroundings but give the place a miss if you want fresh food even the waitress said she gets embarrassed by the prices and the quality of the food
For a steak at the price of 21.95 . I'd expect something a little more then what I received. It was small and chewy and in all honesty I could have gone to tescos and bought a much better steak for 4. The portions on the plate was abysmal 1 half of a tomato, 1 mushroom, 2 onion rings and 8 chips to go with the small steak . . I could have made a better plate of food for a quarter of the price at home. All I can say is ..good job I didnt have the tin of tomato soup for starters .
Good prices good food and wonderful pint recommended.
