If you are looking for a quiet place for brunch to enjoy a peaceful meal with great service check out The Farmhouse. The atmosphere is sublime. The service is great. My main critique, though I make this for all brunch spots, they should have bottomless mimosas or at least a pitcher of mimosa. That said, their spin on a classic country fried steak breakfast was great.

A farm to table experience that you will never forget! The food is magical! There is something about actual fresh food that warms the soul. The dining room and patio offer a pleasant experience. Mainly in part to the wait staff and hostess, who are always on top of their game. If you're looking for a good brunch, Farmhouse is one of the best in town!
My wife and I visited The Farmhouse last night, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Brenna was our server, and she did a great job. The cheese curd were outta this world! The burger was perfect and I couldn’t eat it all. The fries, oh the fries! These may be the best fries I have ever had. Whatever seasoning they use is scrumptious!
We tried the Farmhouse before our Arabian Steamboat museum visit. What a great service!! The food was super fresh and tasted great. My two little companions enjoyed their breakfast so much, they stuffed themselves to the brim. It's in a cute area by the river market. I would visit again when I'm in KC.
This is a nice place...but I wasn't impressed. Our meals were cold. This was quickly remedied, but never should have needed to be. The staff was friendly and attentive. It is not a place I will return to.
