From the first moment on the phone, I knew I was going to get great service. I was interested in a specific tent and whilst they didn't have that model on display, they had something similar in a different material, and something in the right material but different size. It would be impossible to have every tent on display, but they certainly had a large selection. And using this method, we were able to get a good idea of how the tent would be. The man who helped us was extremely knowledgable and I had lots of questions to ask. He was patient, not pushy and gave us time to think about things. The tent I wanted to buy was at the higher end of the scale, so I wanted to make sure I knew as much detail as I could. You can tell this is a family business and has a deservedly excellent reputation. I am delighted with my purchase and delighted with the service I received. Thank you.

Bit of a trek from our Peterborough base but well worth it. Bought our tent and a chair which we needed to replace plus another tent for one of our relatives who rang while we were out shopping. Staff were very helpful for us Today and Russell helping through the week via email often out of hours was much appreciated. Fully recommend and we will certainly be using them again -
This establishment is nothing short of outstanding on deals AND service . i bought a lot of camping equipment and the vestibule of the Kampa tent had a problem that was covered under warranty.
