Shockingly bad customer service. Turned up for pre-booked afternoon tea to find the whole place shut for a wedding. Was then dealt with extremely rudely on the phone after having the decency not to go in to the reception and disturb the wedding. Was told it was my fault for not answering my phone 'loads of times' even though they called one and once only, from an unknown number at 7pm on the Friday when we made the booking on the Wednesday morning (how they didn't know there was a wedding on I don't know). Won't be going near the place again.

Excellent service and very peaceful. We booked the restaurant for my fathers wake and there was absolutely no fuss. The location itself was beautiful and we were very well looked after by the host who went above and beyond to cater to the family. Would highly recommend.
Everything is absolutely fine! Good location and amazing views. Food is really delicious, and you should try the soup of the day! We will go back for sure!

Friendly staff and good food. One of our group is a vegetarian and well impressed with the quality and selection of vegetarian options. It's only a pity that we didn't see any salmon leaping up the Feugh falls.
