The Failand Inn

Lovely atmosphere, the pie and gammon was delicious. Just a shame about the frozen chips that tasted of a deprived childhood :( expected more when they were advertised as 'steak cut'. Also the sundae needs improving with better cream (that doesn't taste of cheese) and less syrup sauce.

Lovely traditional pub. We were travelling back to Swansea after arriving at Bristol airport so wanted a place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend this pub, delicious freshly cooked food, welcoming and professional staff; and very cosy atmosphere and decor. Will be coming here again next time we travel from Bristol airport. Nice to see a pub not being taken over by the big chains

Had a fantastic meal this evening at the Failand Inn. Hand sanitiser at the door, all staff wear face masks, and were so helpful and customer service was great. table service and felt so clean and lots of space. It’s not far from where I live and will definitely go more often for not only great food but also for such a great set up in these challenging times due to covid. Would much rather support local then large chains, especially at times like this. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
