I have been using the Factory Opticians in Droitwich and Kidderminster for over 15 years and I have to say I have had nothing but excellent service. The staff are very friendly always remember you nothing is too much trouble and they can always sort out new glasses or contact lenses really quickly. I have always been impressed with the prices and the quality of my eye checkup. I could not recommend them too highly. Great team !

Good company nice staff
The staff are friendly helpful and amazing I broke my glasses day before went here 9am today glasses done and on face by 9.50am fully recommended. This is gonna be my new optitions from now on. Excellent service
