Had to go for a eye test at the eye collective In Northfield Birmingham Would like to say the staff are friendly professional and very helpful i did not feel pressured in any way and they explained everything to me Not like a other company I went to first Not going to mention any name ,,,, But they pressured me constantly buy 2 pair for 99 .... but I did not ... But what I will say Eye collective Northfield in Birmingham The staff Was the opposite they explained everything to me in a friendly and professional manner and did not try to pressure me in to anything... Thankyou************************************ Now for my second visit to Northfield shop to collect my new glasses..same again the covid rules apply and the same staff... Still friendly and a professional manner is shown throughout my visits Thankyou
