Having a bit of a drive around today. Stopped here for a light lunch. The cakes looked amazing (didn't have room to try one). The coffee was really nice and I ordered the mushroom soup... it was absolutely delicious, the best I have tasted in a long time, anywhere. Being a chef, I am hard to please, but this was something else. What a wee gem, well worth a visit.

The service was excellent and so was the dessert as that's what we went in for with a drink. No complaints here as we enjoyed it so much we will keep popping over for a drink and something to eat.
Just been reopened a few weeks. Trying to get going again under restrictions. Doing nice food again just less tables. Welcome back.
Proper nice old fashioned British grub. I had a hot beef and gravy tea cake and was awesome. Decent prices. Really fast service. Nice surroundings. Friendly staff. Wide selection of food.
Friendly staff lovely wood decor nice food nicely cooked menu variations available on request easy access enough room between tables to move around we love eating here
