This is a great local business with exceptionally helpful staff! Having read a recent review I felt compelled to offer a counter opinion. The Enchanted Florist is my go-to florist for flowers for my wife. Over the years I have been a customer of many local florists, on the usual occasions birthdays, anniversaries and 'just because' etc, but until now had never quite reached the mark where I can just trust the florist to deliver what was requested. Invariably, the team not only meet my expectations, they exceed them. I accept that some may not hold the same view as me, but honestly believe that you will struggle to find a better florist. If you don't believe me, pop in and order something - I'd be very very surprised if you were disappointed. I'll post another review of my Christmas bouquet soon.

The flowers for my mums funeral were stunning. The spray for the coffin top was beautiful and the hearts that we asked you to copy from a picture we’re perfect. Very poor customer service. I asked for a photo of a bouquet that was being sent for my wife's 75th birthday in a care home. The assistant told me that she wouldn't as she didn't have the time! How long does it take to take and post a photo? - seconds? I'm definitely not going back there again.
