I went to the Eclipse Inn with friends on Saturday night. We had amazing food. I can definitely recommend the venison. It was beautiful, nice and pink. A really generous portion of meat. My favourite vegetable beetroot was in the vegetable stack so I was more than happy. Additionally we were all really well looked after by the bar staff. They were so attentive, smiling and somehow managed to find time to have small chats with us, despite having lots of other tables to attend to. Who knew socially distanced could be fun? I can definitely say it was one of the best nights out I've had in a long while. A welcome relief before a new lockdown. Thank you Eclipse.
First time eating in here but we weren’t disappointed. Loads of good tasty food for your money & really friendly staff. I would so recommend the Eclipse Inn for a lovely evening in town
Great little pub. Had a fantastic pie, it's a pie lovers dream. The pub itself has lots of history and is a great building with beams and wonky floors even without alcohol.
Passing by and stopped off for some lunch. Lovely friendly staff great food. I had the chicken wrap and my partner had the prawn sandwich. Would recommend.
