Great selection and staff are usually brilliant and personable. However, today I came to the shop at 11.30am, (11am opening) and I saw a sign that said 'back in 2 mins'. Stood in the cold for 25 minutes waiting, not what anybody wants to be doing on a cold Sunday morning!

Great shop with loads of liquids to choose from, the staff are kind and helpful, had no issues whatsoever. Definitely coming here again!
Service was spot on. Lad called Jack served me and was really helpful. I explained the sort of product/flavour I was looking for to save me trying hundreds of different variations. He advised of a couple of options, both of which i tried, and they were bang on. Nice bloke, couldn't fault him.
Happy to take money for an online order but wont actually deliver it or give an update or a refund. Tried to blame royal mail despite the fact that other deliveries from companies using royal mail have come through within 48 hours of ordering. Over a week later still no update or refund. Do not use their online service.
Do NOT use the online service, shop is ok, nearly a week of waiting for my order to be delivered, said 2/4 days, and not responding/replying to my emails, said I could track my order and would be updated, that has not transpired, I have reported them, and am in the process of trying to get my money back and seeking legal advice, absolutely disgusting
