Lovely little find. Beautiful setting. Food was really nice. I had chicken leeks bacon in a cheese sauce. Partner had steak and blue cheese sauce. Will definitely visit again.

Visited on a Sunday evening in party of four, Good food and beer, friendly staff, would eat here again if back in the area.
Enjoyed a lovely pub lunch here, food and service were great. Definitely recommended.
The best pub lunch we can remember. We stopped by here two days ago on our way home and it was brilliant. Obviously as covid secure as possible. Staff were friendly and efficient but it was the stand out quality of the food. Our grandson and I had their Dukes Chicken, my wife a really punchy pasta. The chicken dish was sublime. Our grandson is a fussy eater and he just sat and finished the chicken and even asked if he was allowed to run his finger around the plate to finish the sauce. Desserts were equally good - who can argue with crumble and hot custard. Highly recommend a visit
Excellent Food friendly staff we have to support local businesses at this time during the current situation
