We had a takeaway Sunday lunch from The Duck last weekend. A really great meal. Our meal for three could have easily fed four. The food was well cooked and the beef was just right. Delicious. We highly recommend it. Very nice friendly staff and easy to order and collect.

Fantastic Sunday lunch takeaway! Our first from The Duck and we will definitely do the same again soon. Perfect portions (we had 2 adult and 2 child portions) and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended
Lovely pub. We were just driving through on our way back from the coast. I spotted the pub with outdoor seating which looked lovely. So stopped. Got the kids and dog out and sat out in the garden. Lovely music..delicious fries... really enjoyed them. The kids played in the park across the fence. Wish we were passing through around dinner time. Would've loved to eat. The inside of the pub is also very nicely done. Hopefully will visit again for a meal and drinks.
The food here is second to none! Lobster and chips are Amazing! Great value and so strongly recommend. We had a fab evening of adults, young adults and children something for everyone. A truly memorable evening at The Duck.
Recently reopened...certainly the service has improved beyond recognition and the food is really good. Would like to see a more varied menu to include pub-style classics as it is, after all, all village pub but it's good to see it open again and doing well.
