The Sunday roast was spectacular, presented beautifully and a well balanced meal. The atmosphere of the pub was very village pub-esque which was beautiful. The decor matched the food and atmosphere with brilliant service.
The food at the Duck just keeps getting better and better! We had to have duck at The Duck and it was melt in the mouth. The strawberry cheesecake was also divine and beautifully presented. The only reason for a four star review is we felt a bit under pressure to leave even though it was only 9:30ish, I know curfew is 10pm but we had a few intense looks so felt it better to leave earlier rather than later! The covid precautions were beautifully handled and you couldn't have done anymore in that regard. Thank you for a lovely evening we will be back but maybe a bit earlier next time!
Truly is a lovely place, Sarah and James have done a fab job! The food is incredible and they are always willing to help with allergies. The decor is stunning and even has a lovely outside area and playground.
First visit here. Social distancing very well managed service excellent food excellent. We will be returning for more of the excellent menu .
