Sue is lovely, but this is my second experience of the other lady, absolutely horrendous, her customer service is a disgrace, she has made me feel like Julia Robert’s in Pretty women film “ big mistake “ . Avoid a Monday as she is in on her own, but quite honestly I will now not go back and I’m sure Sue loses a lot of business because of her . I have never felt like this before in any other shop .
