In the 1980's this pub was better known as the flash harry nothing to do with people flashing. The pub was popular with the twenty to thirty age group. Friday and Saturday night the pub was jammed packed. It's probably like that now. Update I visited this place on my birthday the carvery was nice but the seating area for food was wasn't that big. If there was a large rush of people you'd need to queue to get a seat
